(Los Angeles, CA) With a variety of celebrities on the list such as Travis Barker, Rampage Jackson, and The Stig this year’s ES3 party was much bigger than anyone had expected. Underneath the downtown Los Angeles night smog, the sky was lit up with giant moving spot lights and echoing fat beats off the surrounding buildings.
A top of the Staples Center Parking Lot, packed in a giant white tent, was a festival for the release of Microsoft’s latest high octane Automotive inspired video game. The vibe was like that of a movie premier or an indoor concert. It was pretty easy to forget that this gathering was a celebration for just one video game – XBox Forza Motorsport 4. This is the fourth installment of their race simulator game.
During this highly anticipated E3 convention, the eGarage matte White Koenigsegg was featured along with other amazing vehicles at the Forza 4 release party. eGarage has been very fortunate to participate in a few aspects of the Forza 4 game. In a branding partnership with HRE Performance Wheels, we were happy to showcase the eGarage matte white Koenigsegg CCX on a one off set of 595RS Center Lock wheels.
Although we didn’t realize beforehand, the Forza Motorsports party was the most anticipated and highest attended Automotive video game release ever. This is probably due to the fact that Forza Motorsport is the highest-rated racing franchise in gaming history, featuring cutting-edge graphics and all the best from the real Automotive world.
